Garret is originally from Sakura Bay but he moved to Pumpkinville to take 100% of his culinary arts, a few years ago Garret had the best Pumpkinville's restaurant since Garrett was the best chef, he won many Louie's Awards for being such a good chef but he Decided to close it so the other chefs could win the Louie's Awards, and now Garret has a gym called Pumpkinville's Midnight Gym, with his faithful and best gym instructor and also a good friend, Whiff.
